At Wake Up Call Coffee, we want you to love your brew. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on all non-perishable hardware and a freshness guarantee on our coffee beans.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original packaging; for coffee beans, please ensure the bag is at least 75% full to qualify for a quality-related exchange.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
